So I took 2 cc classes this summer, French 101/102 at my local community college, and ended up getting a B+ and a C in them, because I was also balancing test prep classes and extracurriculars and just couldn't handle everything. I'm a rising junior, and I'm usually a pretty diligent student/am in the top 10 of my class. Will this affect my chances in anyway when college admissions roll around? Is it possible to "drop" grades taken at CCs?

bump? 4char

I got two C’s on my transcript, it’s not really a big deal; own it my friend. Whether you would want to drop it or not, I think you should talk with the people at your community college.

I’m not sure if you even have to submit those scores. But if you have to/decide to, make sure you have a ready explanation for why you did poorly in 102, since you’re going to have to do time management when you’re in college also. Was it simply too much? If so, why did you not just simply drop the class after the midterm? Be prepared to be able to answer those questions, even though they might not come up.
