C in Freshman PE?

I have an otherwise very strong resume. Great SAT score (upper Ivy League average), good GPA (3.85 UW, 4.25 W), difficult classes (I'm in the IB Program) and fantastic extracurriculars. I'm not saying I'm the perfect candidate, but it's pretty great. However, there are two hooks.

One, I was dismissed from a military school for failure to adjust to cadet life in Sophomore year. The lifestyle there was simply not for me, and I wanted to leave. I chose to behave the way I did for a reason.

And two, I got a C in Freshman PE.

How will these two factors affect my college admissions to Ivy Leagues or elite liberal arts universities considering I have an otherwise great resume?

Colleges don’t look at PE grades.

I thought that, given some colleges have fantastic applicants and not enough room for all of them, adcoms at elite schools may want to use every reason to reject people, including but not limited to PE or disciplinary record.

err do u have any medical excuse
if not, 2 bad
you cant change it
