CA Comm College to Tisch (NYU)?

I have a friend who's currently attending a community college in Southern California and he's interested in transferring to Tisch.

Anyway, his major problem is that he doesn't know what classes he should be taking to achieve this goal and everyone he's spoken to seems to be pretty vague about it (responding with just, "general ed classes.")

So I was hoping maybe some of you guys could help out. What sorts of classes should he be registering for to successfully make that leap?

I'm at NYU (not tisch)... honestly, the more acting/drama courses, the better. Tisch is REALLY intense; I have friends who are doing acting workshops, movement, dance, voice, diction, singing.... as almost their entire schedule (except for the required writing course).

calling them would be the best thing.

I was on the NYU message board the other day, and most of their responses said that students looking to transfer, even to Tisch, should follow a liberal arts curriculum. Alot of the posts stated that some drama, performance, and other classes/workshops may not be able to transfer to Tisch:
