<p>I am confused on the common app how we are supposed to send our school transcripts to the colleges. I know that the my counselor uploads a copy of the transcript but do I also need to get an official transcript mailed out to each school individually?</p>

My counselor told me she had uploaded my transcript to CommonApp, but I’d been wondering if I was still supposed to mail physical transcripts. You’ve saved me quite a bit in terms of postage, effort, time, and money to pay for the transcripts themselves.</p>
<p>Thank you jgraider for answering one of my questions. I have another- is it necessary to use DocuFide for this, or will the transcript be uploaded electronically (like, scanned then uploaded) as part of the “Secondary School Report” listed under School Forms->Counselors? I have verification the School Report was submitted, but I have no idea about the transcript! I’ve not used DocuFide and there is no way to tell from CA if the transcript was sent in or not.
