Cadet Phones

<p>I know that cadets will get issued personal phones and phone lines for their barracks when the academic year starts. I want to know if those phone numbers are regular numbers. ie they can be given to friends and family and they may call a cadet whenever they wish (and leave voicemail if they aren't there).</p>

<p>I am asking to know whether I should have my cell shipped to me after Beast or not.</p>

<p>PS with regards to beast, I have the addresses and phone numbers of a few people written down, will i be allowed to keep that with me so I can write/contact these people?</p>

<p>Yes, They are regular land line phones with voice mail. However, the number is tied to the phone. So each semester when you change your room, you'll have a new phone number. </p>

<p>As for the cell phone, you'll want it after A-Day. In some parts of the barracks you may even have good service. However, it will be especially handy when you leave post.</p>

<p>You should be able to keep your list. It's a good idea to have it.</p>
