From my research, you cannot be 28 or older by Dec 31st of the school year. But I read on here, a person 35 years old receiving Cal Grant B. Is there an exception to the age limit? Has anyone else 28+ y/o applied for Cal Grant? Just want to make sure so I don’t waste anyone’s time by applying. TY
