Cal grant dilemmas

Hi all!! So here's the chase...my community college does not electronically submit a GPA verification form, leaving me to mail it. Okay, no problem. I plan to postmark it asap but here comes the hard part.

During my highschool senior year, they made all of us turn in a GPA verification form for cal grant. I did poorly in highschool...I think I got a overall GPA of 1.6 d'oh! Anyways fast forward to the present! I did not get awarded cus of my low GPA.

1). My CCC tells me to go back to my highschool to get them to sign it or something. Will they use my highschool GPA again? I'm a freshman at my CCC and during the fall semester I got straight A's.

2). I did not get awarded for the 12-13 year. Does this mean I used up one year already?

3). How many years are we supposed to get cal grant?

4). If I go to a UC, is plan A or B better?

5). If I go to a CSU, is plan A or B better?

6).if my highschool uses my old GPA again, should I even turn in a cal grant GPA form?

7). If I don't turn in my cal grant form, do I still get fafsa/pell grant?

8). Let's say I got a 1.6 GPA last year. This year I have a 4.0 in a CCC last fall. Do they even out or do they take the new 4.0 GPA?

9).I've been hearing that plan b is better. How do I get plan b if I do get above 3.6 overall?

10). Thanks for your help, my CCC fin aid office is horrible just cause we're CCC students...gosh.
