Cal Poly Pomona/ suggestions for other UC's

Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion regarding if they think I have a good chance of getting into cal poly pomona.
I have a 3.7 gpa
I take multiple AP classes
I have an ACT score of 23/24
I have an SAT score of
writing: 540
math:450
english:600
if there are any other UC suggestions you have, or any other california schools you think I would have a good chance of getting into, it would be very helpful.

Is that 3.7 UW or W?

At the moment, it looks like merced and Riverside are low reaches. Please offer a more in depth account of your activities. How are your EC’s?

I play on a national lacrosse team and am potentially going to be choosing a school based off of their lax programs. I am in two ROP Classes : sports med and med core, and by the end of the next year I will be a certified EMT. im going to try to major in bio, and go to PA school, and i will most likely be looking at whether the college has a pre-PA school or not. the emt work counts as volunteer work
