<p>Its $8,120 per year, but does not include a meal plan. My contract just said unit 2 apt double, but when I looked at the "terms and conditions" they said Wada. Also, the price and lack of a meal plan helped me confirm that I was in Wada.</p>

<p>Yeah, my boyfriend's paying about $14,000 for a suite. Wada apartments are bigger, newer, and cheaper! I feel like I've cheated everyone else!</p>

<p>I just got an email today from Cal Housing saying that they are offering me a Triple Room in the Wada Apartments. I am going to take this offer.</p>
<p>However, when I got my initial room assignment, I was assigned a Double Mini Suite in Unit 1. I almost immediately accepted the contract though, and sent an email to Cal Housing saying that I want a room change. I wasnt really expected to get a change in room assignments, so hearing that I got a spot at Wada is really surprising.</p>
<p>PS. I am currently at Berkeley taking a summer session class (math 16b). I am actually living in the Unit 2 Dorms (which is where the Wada apartment building is located). If you guys have any questions about classes at Cal, dorm housing, or the food, feel free to PM me.</p>
