Hey, for those who got admitted to Cal or UCLA or maybe even both, may you tell me your Cumulative GPA, UC-Transferable GPA, and Major? I know, I used the search engine, but I just want a thread on only Cal and UCLA. Thanks.

anybody get in cal and the transferable gpa under 3.9?

yea a lot
my friend had 3.7 and got in economics major at Cal
two ppl had 3.4 and 3.6 got into Haas this year

my friends and i got 3.89, 3.8 and 3.85 didn't get in Cal
so i guess Cal is pretty unpredictable

emucla: may I ask what's your major?

emucla, Cal is not unpredictable. But simply basing your criteria for acceptance on GPA alone will make it appear to be so.
