Calc II, Calc II Honors, Calc II Applied Honors

Some quick help. I'm taking Calc II because I didn't do as well as I had hoped for on Calc I. Effed up the first exam but did really well on last two but it wasn't enough.

Anyway, looking to get at least an A- in Calc II. I know it's notoriously difficult but that's the goal.

Registered for calc II but someone told me calc II honors was much easier. My friend took calc II applied honors and said the class was very difficult but the curve was very, very generous.

Now I don't know which one to take.....advice?

How much did you get in Calc I?

applied honors has a very generous curve i believe. i got an A in the class.

here's a thread talking about calculus class at michigan

skoogO-What is the easiest to hardest Calculus classes?

Yes, good link :)

I was planning on taking honors calc 2 this semester. The advisors said the they are changing up how they teach the honors course for calc starting this semester. They basically said that they are going to make it harder since the honors course got the reputation of being easier than math 116.
