So I got a 5 on Calc BC this year with a 5 on the AB subscore; however, I got a 3 on the Calc AB test last year. Is it ok if I don’t report the AB score from last year?
Yes, totally fine. AP scores are self-reported in the application phase (you’ll have to send them if you want to use them for credits, of course).
Unless the college specifically asks for all AP scores, there’s no reason to. The BC subscore is regarded as equivalent to Calc AB (you can get credit for it at most schools), so I can’t imagine they’d have any use for both of them.
