Do I still have to take the exam
even though I am planning to take Calc in college again?

or I MUST have to take it especially if I'm majoring in Econ?

There's no calc placement exam

theres a precalc placement exam.

Take the precalc one so you don't have to take remedial classes if yo uhaven't taken AP Calc AB or BC.

but then how come when i go to the website that tells which placement test taht i need to take it still has a calculus placement test

It's the same thing I believe. Just re-wording for the actual sign-up vs. using the old words to tell you what test to take.

When I signed up for the Pre-Calc test, I checked the confirmation page and it said I signed up for Calculus. I wouldn't worry too much and just sign for the Pre-Calc one.

how hard will it be?
I suck at math but at the same time I don't want to take pre-calc in college AGAIN!!
should I study for it?
and by when do I have to register?
