<p>Searched and found similar questions, but still confused. Anyone have a specific method for calculating hours/week for sports when training is essentially year round (cross-country), but varies significantly depending if the sport is in season?</p>
<p>Similarly, how have you calculated the hours for activities where the meeting time may be 1 hour/week, but then there are events that run 5 - 8 hours sporadically through the year?</p>
