Calculus Help...

Hey All… Ummm… need a lil’ help here… I have a test on monday on the properties of logarithms, but i was absent this whole week due to being sick… Can anyone help me out here?.. Here it goes!

Tell whether each equation is true or false. If an equation is false, discuss why it is false.

log base 2 (4) + log base 2 ( = log base 2 (2 x 3)

there are like 100 more problems like this i have for homework, but i just need a lil’ direction… there is another thing called expanded form?.. like…

Express in expanded form

log base a (4x^2y)

If you can add anything about logarithms, whatsoever in which you think I “should” know for the test, please do!!
Thanx for any and all advice…
