Calculus Textbook

So everything is online now with a lot of calc courses. I'm wondering if its worth it to have a hard copy of the calc textbook? I'm in Math 221 fall semester

I had a textbook and it was nice to have a hard copy since the only way online was to use my laptop, which I was using for homework. If you have a tablet you may not need a textbook, but you will be using the same textbook for all three calculus course if you are going to take all three. Overall, if you are taking this calculus only, use the internet, otherwise buy the textbook.

You can get a new copy of the International Edition for $60 at
[Calculus (7th International Metric Edition) by James Stewart: Thomson Wardsworth 9780538497817 - TextbookXpres](<a href=“Item no longer available”>Item no longer available)

Always use bookfinder4u.com to find the International Edition of your textbook. The pages are IDENTICAL; however, it will be a softcover book. In some cases, the cover photo may be different.

Good luck!

For some reason the link didn’t not show up correctly. Let me try it again. Take out the obvious spaces. OR, go to bookfinder4u.com, click Advanced Search, enter calculus for title, and stewart for author. The second listing, from AbeBooks, is the International Edition. BTW, Abebooks carries a lot of Intl Eds.

You’re welcome!
