<p>and do you have the same problem as me that NO ONE knows where wash u is and has a terrible bias against it when they find out it's the midwest?</p>

<p>actually most people at my school are pretty knowledgeable about where wash u is, but other people just give me strange looks.</p>
<p>i am currently in dallas, texas, but my home town is la jolla. alas, i finally decided on berkeley over washu today, but it was a tough, tough choice.</p>
<p>i flew to san francisco early sunday morning after multicultural weekend to visit berkeley, and i remember seeing a guy in a WashU sweatshirt and i think a couple other people on the same flight, so apparently there are plenty of californians. dunno if they're on this board...</p>
