Hello, I was wondering on my status for UC admission. I have lived in California for the past 4 years and have will complete all of my high school here but I am residing on a H-4 dependent visa, so I am not a permanent resident(no green card) or a citizen. Will I be considered an international applicant, and if so, how will that affect my admission? Will I be compared with other international students or will I be treated the same as other students in my school?
