California student transferring to University of Nevada

I'm a sophomore student attending san francisco state university and I applied to university of nevada reno and university of arizona strictly because I couldn't get any classes for my major and I received WUE, where I pay in-state tuition.

My question is, which school should I attend? I'm a biology major looking into going to possibly med school, dentistry, optometry, or physical therapy...

I never wanted to transfer out of california but I was sick and tired of not getting 1 single science class...

I'm also hoping to come back to california for further education at a UC or private...

So which would be academically worth it?

WUE students usually pay about 150% of IS tuition:

http://www.wiche.edu/wue

And WUE is not available for transfers at UNevada-R:

The WICHE website shows that only mining engineering majors are eligible for WUE at UA:

http://wue.wiche.edu/profile.jsp?id=29

However you always need to go to the college website as the general WICHE website is not always accurate. I looked but could not find the information there, so you should definitely call/email UA to find out exactly what their WUE policy is.
