<p>Has anyone done that exchange program where if you're from the list of 15 states(Alaska,Arizona,California,Colorado,Hawaii,Idaho,Montana,Nevada,New Mexico,North Dakota,Oregon,South Dakota,Utah,Washington,Wyoming) you can go to another college and I think pay in state fees? I heard about it recently but its been established 50+ years ago.</p>
<p>I know many people in the WUE program. It works well; you pay 150% of resident tuition. Some schools make the award competitive; others restrict it to certain majors.</p>

<p>O are any of them from california…my mom is saying its more expensive to leave or that she won’t pay.</p>
