^
I like this

I live in the SF Bay Area. I’ve heard about this, but most of us actually find it as riddiculous as you do…

all my relatives in korea just shrugged and said they already eat kelp. lol

What, the winningest football program of all time? The highest win percentage? Yeah, that’s hilarious

Let’s hope your team isn’t USC. How are those sanctions going?

You guys haven’t won a National Title outright since 1948, but please continue to boast achievements made before the invention of the talking pictures because it shows just how delusional scUM fans are. Don’t you guys have 1 win over the top tier programs in the Big 10 (Iowa, tOSU, Wisconsin, Penn State, Michigan State) over the past 3 years?

RE USC being my team: God no. I despise USC and everything they stand for.

I really enjoyed watching Meeeechigan’s defense this year. What did they give up-- 500 yards and 40 points a game, right? My local Pop Warner team tackles better and would put up better numbers. Now that RR is gone and Hoke is going to run more of a pro-style offense, Shoelace won’t be able to keep you guys from losing to teams like UMass and Indiana.

A you ■■■■■■■■? I am guessing you either are mentally handicapped or an OSU fan, same thing. I mean, you’d have to be ■■■■■■■■ to judge the history of a football program by its last few years. And then not even understand what happened that caused the slip in play. Jesus christ you’re dumb.

I still don’t know YOUR team (which I gurantee you must be worse overall). And if it is OSU, have fun with the death penalty.

I like CA, don’t live there, but always considered CA to be one of the most intelligent states, so…

@ bellyflop: Just because LA’s public schools have a 50% dropout rate does not mean all public schools in California have the same dropout rate. My city’s unified school district was said to have the lowest dropout rate next to Cypress’ high schools at .2%.

Obviously, not everyone voted for Schwarzenegger. I wasn’t even old enough to vote when he ran for governor position.

@ MLD: I’m from California, and no, not everybody here is panicking. Yes, there are people panicking and mass-buying potassium iodide pills and kelp, but they do not represent the millions of people who reside in this state. And in the words of a sister community college geophysicist who came to speak at my community college’s Japan Earthquake presentation, “while people in Dana Point are holing themselves indoor because they’re afraid of the radiation particles, I’m going to breathe in air as usual because it’s not going to affect me and it shouldn’t affect you, either.”

As for kelp/seaweed…I already eat the stuff, and have been eating them long before news of Japan’s disaster popped up. I find it really tasty, especially when it’s lacquered.

or that your state is completely bankrupt and full of hipsters

Never tried Kelp.

I also know this doesn’t represent everyone (some of you must be sane). But it is pretty freakin hilarious and does not go well with your poor track record

Kelp tastes good

But seriously, this thread is just inviting hate.

Oh yeah, because here in Michigan we’ve got our s*** together. I mean we have some of the worst school districts, a governor who is single handedly p**sing off an entire state and getting rid of the only thing we’ve got going for us. Oh, and he also is trying to take away our local governments. But really, let’s keeping bashing on someone else.

I have talked to family and friends from all over CA (used to live there) and not one of them knows of anyone actually buying anything.
