I don’t think they have done waitlists in the past, but you would need to ask about the current policy.

Also, to clarify the immediate above post, Elon holds college auditions on campus but not in NYC. I have a feeling that faculty person was in NYC auditioning people for an outside theatre where they are possibly directing a show in the summer, which frequently happens.

Same for my daughter with the “no” letter. They need to coordinate their final decisions with the Elon Fellows program. She was invited to compete for entrance into that program, and we made another trip to do so. Made an effort, to no avail, before spending more $$ to fly to NC, to try to find out if she would be admitted to the MT Program. They were kind enough to offer her a Skype interview and essay writing simulation, but she felt that wouldn’t be the best option. We had a great time, but the school needs to expend more effort coordinating these events and decision dates.

We were able to make arrangements to do the Elon Fellows interview on the same weekend as the audition. We called, and they were able to accomodate so we did not have to go twice.

Congrat’s to those accepted! If you have Elon questions for me, please please please send me an e-mail on the e-mail address from the “drop-down” box you get when you click on my name Ericsmom. If you send me a PM through the private message function, it takes me forever to get back to it. I’m a CPA, now working in public accounting, tax season is upon us, and I have little time to check CC. I do check my e-mail daily.

Just via looking at some Facebook posts, I know that there are at least 18 in the 2014 MT class who are definitely attending, including one in-school transfer and one regular transfer.
