<p>Has anyone heard back from Elon yet?
For those of you who have auditioned in the past and been accepted, were you able to pick up on anything from the auditors? Or did any of you think you bombed the audition and ended up getting in?
I am so paranoid about over analyzing my audition and the reactions from the auditors in voice, acting and dance that i’m psyching myself out!!</p>

<p>I’m a prospective as well, but I believe calls should be made this weekend to the accepted students. The students who aren’t accepted will get a letter in the mail in a week or so. Be calm, and good luck with everything! I wish you the best :)</p>

<p>General admissions decisions for the university will be posted next week, but they are starting to make phone calls.</p>

<p>Sometimes the process can take several days, and the faculty is extremely busy right now. This is the week they bring in casting directors, etc., for the seniors. Also, some were attending the Southeastern Theatre Conference.</p>
<p>Calls were definitely made yesterday. We know 2 boys who got in. I would think they could make all those calls in one day. There aren’t that many people to call. If you didn’t get a call, your rejection status will be online Wednesday : (</p>

<p>His post doesn’t say that ALL calls were made but says he/she knows that some calls went out yesterday as he/she knows some who received such calls. It is not an official statement from anyone at Elon.</p>
<p>I have a son who is a senior MT, and it usually takes a few days to make the calls.</p>
<p>The people who received the calls that they have been accepted, does their status on OnTrack change after they get the call? Or does it change on the 15th with everyone elses?</p>
<p>Are they any different messages on OnTrack that give you a clue? Or do they all they “Thank you for audition for Music Theater. Check back March 15th for a decision…”</p>

<p>My D received her phone call for the BFA MT last Friday afternoon and she auditioned on March 2.</p>

<p>I don,t know, I think not, I would need to make a few phone calls to be sure. The reason I chime in is because it might be worthy to note that this coming year Elon will be pre-screening all their auditioneers with a recorded submissions - so, next year, all the folks will be accepted with a a taped audition (followed by an on-campus audition)!</p>
<p>Does Elon have a waitlist this year? I know the class of 2015 was rather large, and I heard a rumour that instead of admitting as many students as they did last year, they were considering doing a waitlist.</p>
