CalPoly Pomona vs. UC Santa Cruz

My ultimate goal in life is to be a registered nutritionist/dietician. Obviously, CPP has the direct program for the field, but I could major in something related (such as neuroscience at UCSC) and apply to a nutrition program for grad school and still take the registered dietician exam. I plan on going to grad school no matter what; If I go to UCSC I would study a science and minor in business (or vice versa) then pursue my masters in nutrition. Likewise, I would major in nutrition at CalPoly and get my masters in business.

I got into both universities and cannot decide which to attend; CPP informed me two days ago, giving me not enough time to either visit the campus or receive my financial report. I know at UCSC I would only have to take out ~$6.7k in loans and I'm guessing around $10k at CPP since that's what I had to take out in the other CSU's I got admitted into. Being a nutritionist is my dream career, but I DETEST biology; so I would like easier science classes as I know it gets competitive with the pre-med students. I don't want to be on any academic probation or dropping out. I have of a fear of failing the harder science classes because I got mostly B's on my science classes in High School.

With this being said, which would be the better choice for me? In regards of future opportunities, etc.
