CALS Transfer Agreements?

<p>Anyone gone the transfer route by attending one of the two-year colleges which have Agreements with CALS and that provide a guaranteed transfer? It appears that the only requirements are two semesters of bio and two writing courses, and courses towards a specific major.</p>

<p>Can you share details or (suggest a source for further info) on how it worked in actual practice? Does it require 60 completed units to obtain the guarantee? Can it be accomplished in one year? Six months (summer session and fall semester)?</p>

<p>Are you asking about the CC Transfer agreement, or a Guaranteed Transfer Option? They aren’t the same thing.</p>

<p>the transfer agreement on the link which is mostly two year colleges, but does have a couple of four years, not the GTO.</p>

<p>the agreement only applies to certain majors… not all major. if u apply as a bio major it will not help u if u went to one of the agreement colleges. so check out with major u wanna do and see if cals has an agreement with that major.</p>
