It seems like there's no real "campus" at CU. Is it more of a commuter school? Can people comment on whether it feels like a real college experience or more of a professional training school?

Would engineering competitors be schools like RPI, WPI?

Thanks!

Not everyone commutes. There may be one dormitory, but there is no real campus. Much like its close neighbor, NYU, the campus is the city itself. FWIW, it’s one of the the most selective undergraduate intstitutions in th country, but I wouldn’t call it a typical college experience, no.

That’s what I thought. What percent do commute from home and what percent live in non-CU housing?
