Can an international have URM status??

<p>I've been wondering about this for a while only receiving multiple answers. If your an international living in Europe but are ethnically African or jewish will your admision be looked upon as a URM applying?</p>

<p>URM is based on ethnicity...even for int'ls.</p>

<p>Jewish students are highly (extremely?) well represented in top colleges. URMs are Black, Hispanic, and Native American.</p>
