I’m currently an international student who’d enter college in the states soon. However, the colleges that admitted me didn’t come up to my expectation so I do want to transfer in my sophomore year. The only concern I’m having is about the financial aid as I’m well conscious that most school do not offer financial aid or scholarships to international transfers.
If you’re familiar to this issues, can you please enlist some schools that give out scholarships to international transfers?

There is hardly any Scholarships for US transfer students, nevermind for internationals. You’d better take the package now or don’t worry in a transfer. Financial Aid is for US students, not for internationals.
Agree with the above, if you come to the US to study you should expect to stay at the college you initially choose. If that college is not “up to your expectation”, then you should consider affordable options in your home country.
You could also consider taking a Gap Year and coming up with a new application list.
How much can you afford to spend?
Around $20000. And I did ask some universities, some did say they give out scholarships. But there were few and most of them are very notable schools

You can afford in above linked colleges, they might not be “prestige” enough for your liking, but they are options, if you want to study in the USA>
