I had mine in November. I spent so much time preparing...and it really wasn't necessary. It was really casual, I actually had a lot of fun talking with him. They're supposed to take 30 minutes, mine ended up lasting 45. Have some questions prepared about the school, my interviewer told me that Haverford is different from a lot of colleges that ask all "Why do you want to go here/why are you worthy?" questions, they think that the interview should be a tool not to just get to know about the student, but really to benefit the student, help the student learn more about HC, etc. Good luck -- don't be nervous, it was nowhere as bad as I was expecting.

Is it uncool and ill-advised to bring notes to an interview that would contain any questions I have?

io have heard that interviews matter...also they try to see what other schools you are applying to to see if they are small schools like haverford and not just ivy leagues or big research universities...sound interested and it will make the difference

I typed up questions and thought I'd look them over while I was waiting...then I got to the interview and was so nervous I forgot half of them so I took them out. My interviewer laughed and said that he was impressed. So if you need them, go for it.

you should write out your questions if you need to. it's completely fine, and it shows you have researched and prepared.

i found my interview difficult and kind of intimidating. he asked me "what do you find humorous about the world?" and i had nooo clue what to answer. haha.. ahh

mine are other small schools other than the state school for instate. its fine then right

no ivys
