Can I afford UIUC.

My parents are concerned about the cost structure at UIUC. We can at most afford Rs.2,500,000 per year (Almost $37000 at the current rupee-dollar conversion rate). Can I afford UIUC. I also have no problem in living off campus.
Please suggest me.
