<p>i've completed only 28 quarter units at a four-year institution, and 6 of those units were P/NP. i have to leave that college for personal reasons. is there any chance i would be able to apply as a freshman applicant to other colleges instead of a transfer, due to the fact that i have so few units completed and didn't even finish my freshman year at the university? thanks!</p>
<p>There are very few colleges and universities that will consider you a freshman applicant with this many credits. To find the ones that will, you do have to go through all of them one at a time. Stinks, I know, but there isn’t any master list.</p>
