Can I be accepted into colleges if I'm applying as a junior transfer applicant?! HELP!!

I’m currently a Junior at community college and I’ve applied for fall admissions in multiple private schools and out of state schools (I live in California).
I just found out (literally an hour ago via a friend) that UPenn does NOT accept Junior applicants, and now I’m freaking out that all the other schools I applied to won’t accept me.
I applied to:
Cornell
Emory
NYU
Northeastern University
Northwestern University
Notre Dame
UPenn

Please, I need some advice on what to do–I’m freaking out that no one will accept me since I’m transferring as a junior applicant. I tried doing research online but so far I only found information about UPenn not accepting Junior Applicants. Can I ask to redo my Junior year at Penn?! It’s my dream school, now I’m utterly crushed. What options do I have?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You need to check each website carefully to find out what kind of transefers are admitted. That should be stated very clearly. If you can’t find the information, email the admissions office and ask.

“What options do I have?”

You could apply to UC’s.

How can I apply to UC’s when I’m a junior? isn’t it too late?

Check with your CC guidance counselor.

It sucks because my guidance counselor knew I was applying to colleges but didn’t let me know about this AT ALL. Thanks for the advice though.

No where on the college websites except Penn do they say that you can’t transfer if you’re above a certain class…
