2 teacher recs must be amazing for me to have gotten Questbridge finalist(so i guess they are amazing)

What do ya guys think?

Impressive ECs! However, your scores are somewhat on the low side.
Your status as a Questbridge Finalist may help you out though. I also come from a low-income, unstable family but am not a Questbridge Finalist. For now, I would say a 25% chance (Much greater if you are an URM).
Best of luck !! May the underprivileged kids prevail !! :)

how did you send in your Sat IIs without sending in your Sat I also?

at first glance it doesnt stand out very much...but i noe about questbridge and ur act is much better than ur low sat score.....ur situation is unique and u standout among ur i guess "underachieving" peers...i like ur chances.

neuro, i dont think i ever said I sent in my SAT II's, I just self reported SAT's and SAT II's and AP's

and thanks guys, I feel a little confident now

oh im indian by the way, lol just throwin it out there

oh and what is a URM?

thats a mistake. a 720 in physics is good (the curve is pretty bad so ive heard.) while stanford says they dont need sat II scores you should still send them to validate your skill in various areas. I think that 720 should be present, regardless of your other SAT II mediocre scores. your act composite (esp. science score) isn't high enough to count as a great SAT II suppliant score. you could still send them now you know. but hey im just an 18 year old girl, not a stanford admisssions officer so what do i know.

oh i should mention that even though my act score was much better than my SAT i still sent in my sat I scores to show my SAT II scores. I got a 34 ACT, 800 bio, 770 mat 2c, and a 780 latin. but my sat 1 scores were 690 math, 800 writing, and 720 CR. thats 690 is pretty embarrassing given i was a national merit semifinalist with a 780 math on the psat. but hell, i wanted them to see the sat IIs so i took the risk.

omg, i love you. lol. you have amazing scores, i suck, and are you sure about sending them, I kinda am on the limits of cash, thats why i didnt send everything.

i think you should seriously send them, if not just to show them you cared enough to try, you know? i think a 720 physics is SERIOUSLY really good. i got to a top notch where most people get over 750s in all SAT IIs (pretty much half my grade) and people got around 720s and lower on the physics i believe. seriously, its a great score. hmmm....god, again, im being creepy...wait...you promise you wont take this the wrong way? oh god...here i go. how much is it? if its not that much id send you an envelope of cash to pay for it. oh god. that was creepy. i just hate that socioeconomic status plays SUCH a deep role in this process, esp when you should let them see rthat 720

720 physics is seriosuly NOT good.
you are alloted to make 10 mistakes and even then , they still curve it.
What does this mean, you can pretty much bs the whole test and still recieve 720; they make the curves for a reason

lol i have no clue what u guys are talking about, i got a 620 in physics and a 720 in us history

haha funny stuff
