<p>Unless the AA is in a field related to a specific trade it’s unlikely to be very helpful in either getting you a summer job or an internship. But using the college’s resources could be helpful - start exploring the possibilities of jobs/internships right when you start at the community college, get to know the staff at the jobs/internship office, and also do a lot of looking on your own. In this economy, everyone is looking for jobs and internships, and you have to put a lot of time and energy into it.</p>
