that's definitely a better name

Woa, you have 3 school records in running and you were only a sophmore? Well I m just saying if anyone in my school broke any school record in track/cross country and had those stats they d b recruited. Unless that is your school is new or something and people are terribly slow so neways wat r ur times and such?

dude lighten up

Seriously, chill out. Youre in the tenth grade. Can't tell anything without SAT scores. My score was 100 points lower than PSAT.

Im not stressed out or anything-i just want to see what kindve chacnes i have to get into a top school like cornell
AS for my school records-there in the 800meter 4x800 5k and i should have the mile next year
Our school is about 15-20 years old

Wow, I wish my schools had APs like that.

You're on the right track, but I think it's a little early to be really worried about admissions go. Just do your best (and please have fun along the way!). Don't get so focused on the future that you neglect your time in high school.

It seems like you're picking a lot of schools because of prestige...in the end you will be responsible for "making your mark on the world", not your college. You seem to be pretty driven, and will do well no matter where you go. Later in your junior year, you should take some visits to some of these colleges...they're all great, but they're very different. A perfect fit for someone might be a terrible fit for someone else, and vice versa. Prestige is nice, but not what matters overall.

Anyway, you seem like you're well on your way...loosen up and have fun. Best of luck!

Thanks a lot, thats probably the best advice i've gotten so far
