So this is what i have right now. I plan on taking 6 AP Classes during senior year and getting As and 5s on all my AP tests.

Right now if i was to apply to IVY Leagues (Harvard,Yale, Stanford, Brown, Columbia) to MIT and CalTech, and Northwestern and UChicago. what are my chances? What i am really shooting for is UChicago/Northwestern but i want to apply to IVY also.

I want to go into science, contemplating Medicine.

What Are My Chances right now?
if i get all 5s on the rest of my AP tests and As?

Thanks in advance!

Also my highschool is a very good highschool and i am atleast top 5% of my class and rank atleast 50 out of 1000+ of my class (this is a guess since my school doesnt rank anymore but I am one of the few students that are taking all 6 ap classes during junior/senior year)

Well, this is mostly speculative since you don’t really have any test scores, yet. But I am going to go ahead and say that you don’t have great chances at the very top schools. To be honest, you have very weak extra-curriculars; you don’t have any leadership positions nor d you have any national (or any) academic awards. Your general involvement seems quite low as well.

If you want to improve your chances, do something. Try to get a lab position where you can work on a science project to submit to competitions or try to make it to the USABO or USNCO.

HYSM are high reaches.
Caltech is a high reach.
Brown is a reach.
Columbia is a reach.
UChicago is a reach.
Northwestern is a low reach.

Ty for answering. The reason I haven’t been that involved is due to the fact that I am the first person to be graduating from HS in the US. Both my parents went to college in India and over there the only thing that matters is test scores. I have been raised with the mindset that only grades/ tests matter. I only realized in Sophomore Year that ECs are actually a big factor. Since then I have been trying to get more involved. If I am going into a science field (most likely pre-med) what are good options for EC?

Robotics Club, Intel, Science Olympiad for science-related EC.
