<p>GPA: 3.5/4 (unweighted; 6 AP classes and a couple Honors classes)</p>

<p>Activities: Debate (I am one of the top 100 debaters in the country), Future Business Leaders of America (qualified to the National Leadership Conference twice), Tennis, Gay-Straight Alliance (Founder and President), Raising Student Voice and Participation (I am a member on the Lead Team; RSVP is an organization that asks students what they want changed about the school and we negotiate with the administration)</p>

<p>I plan to study political science and possibly major in economics as well.</p>

<p>I think you’ll be fine. Being under 30 on the ACT and not in the top 10% will keep you out of the running for Honors/Scholars and any major merit aid, but you should certainly be accepted.</p>
