Can I get into Stanford?

<p>Hey guys. Before I start, I realize the ambiguity of the college admissions process and I know that in the end, it's up to the university, but I want to know how I look.</p>

<p>Grades:
In 9th grade I was in two honors classes (rest regular) and got one B in honors physics. Then in 10th, I took all honors and 1 AP and got all A's. In 11th, 4 APs and two honors and all A's again.
SAT:
I took the SAT and got a 2180.
Volunteering:
I volunteer heavily for one organization that helps pay for college for those in third world countries and I feel that I've connected with the organization itself and the beneficiaries on a personal level and feel I have gained an experience from it.
Extra Stuff:
I'm on the varsity golf team and I started a technology website that has recieved a reasonable following.</p>

<p>My dream school is Stanford (since the 5th grade) and I'm wondering how my portfolio looks? Do I have a chance?</p>

<p>As long as you apply and pay the fee then you’ve got a chance. Can you retake the SAT? I think that a 2250 would get your app a long hard look. (Asuming 2250 is 99%+)</p>

<p>ECs are too weak for Stanford. Good luck!</p>

<p>Your SAT is a little low and your ECs are lacking, it is a high reach (you have to remember how selective Stanford is).</p>
