Can I get into University of Pittsburgh if I apply early?

I'm also involved in two varsity sports, numerous clubs (including National Honors Society)- which I am in the Vice President of at my school, and I have done numerous science programs for high school students down at pitt, work experience, and volunteer experience.

Unweighted GPA-3.9

You don’t have very good scores, but since you’re instate and if you apply early, you probably have a decent shot.

also, should I take the ACTs again and shoot for a higher school, I may be cutting it close to the early admissions deadline

I would take the ACTs again first. Your statistics are very similar to mine (I’m also applying to Pitt this year on special status). I received a 25 on the ACT and I’m waiting to apply because with that score, I have no shot at merit scholarships, guaranteed admission to graduate programs or really any benefits at all. I think it’s better to wait to send better scores because with your GPA, a better test score would open a lot of benefits for you.
