Can I get into UW Madison or U Michigan?

I'm a sophmore in high school.

Gpa: 3.4 Weighted
E.C.'s from beginning of frosh year:
Volunteer Work: so far 200 hours at a local retirement home
Club Soccer
Basketball
Leadership Academy
Student Council (Class officer- freshmen year, Homeroom Representative- soph year)
Fashion Club
Piano Lessons
Art Classes
Crossfit during summer time
I work as a volunteer Teachers Assistant (worked in my school's copy center & for an english teacher)
I volunteer at my father's check cashing business (I get paid)

I plan on continuing these throughout high school.
Oh and I forgot classes:
Freshmen Year: Two honors classes (English & World History)
Sophomore Year: One honors class (English)

I also have ADHD and I am 100% Iranian (minority). I live in California and I attend an EXTREMELY competitive all girl's private Catholic high school in the Bay Area.

Please tell me if theres anything I should add or change in order to get in, or if I have a chance.

With weighed GPA at 3.4, your uw GPA would be lower than that. Your chance at UMich is very slim (avg 3.83) disregarding your test score. Chance for UWI is slightly better but your GPA is still below their average a lot.

I’m only a sophmore, I plan on increasing my GPA alot. are my EC’s good? I also plan on getting a high SAT score; I’m really good at tests.

Yeah. Work hard to bump up your GPA. The freshman grades are often forgiven in the calculation. I don’t see anything outstanding from your EC, so it may not be very helpful. UMich value a lot on GPA.
