can i get into villanova or clemson?

I am a junior this year with a 4.0 unweighted GPA for both freshman and sophomore years.
This year i am taking the following classes: AICE spanish 4, Functions Trig, AICE thinking skills, IGCSE Physics, Orchestra, English, and History. (AICE is my school's equivalent to AP and IGCSE to pre-AP) Is it a problem that i am in regular english and history???
My PreSAT score was 1640 which is not good, but i plan on bringing that up to at least a 1900 for the real SAT. i am in the 10th percentile of my class and at the end of last year i was 6th in the class.
I play varsity volleyball and have been playing the violin since age 4. I made all district and all regional orchestra last year and i plan on doing them again this year, along with all-state if i make it.
I do a lot of service projects with my church and am in Beta and Key Club (service based)

Next year i plan on taking 5 Advanced classes: AICE environmental, AICE bio, AP stat or AP calc (suggestions?) AICE spanish 5, AICE thinking skills, and regular government and english.

if i keep straight As this year and keep a 4.0 weighted average senior year will i have a good chance of getting in? i know my junior year schedule sounds easy...should i try to switch into another advanced class or does it not matter as long as my GPA is high?

i live in VA also and i want to major in biology or chemistry or some science like that
do you know of any schools with a good science program that i could look at?

thanks so much
