Can i get some chances for some tough colleges please????

Cornell
Columbia(just for kicks)

intended major: biology/chemistry(pre-med)

gpa weighted : 96
Top 10% of class
my essays will be great</p>

totals after senior year
5 Honors
3 APs
8 IBs
1 cc class</p>

<p>sats:
1300/1600 1940/2400
will take on the 6th in hopes of improving
will take subject tests in november</p>

<p>EC's:
Volunteer with doctor abroad 80 hrs
president of 3 clubs
3 varsity sports</p>

<p>Hooks:
i am a first gen college student
other: Born outside of the USA and can speak 2 languages.</p>

<p>I think Columbia is a high reach and Cornell is a reach, but i believe you have a very good chance at the rest of the schools you mentioned. Best of luck.

<p>Cornell and Columbia are definitely reaches. The others are either safeties, low reaches are matches so I think you have a decent chance in getting into them. Good luck with your SATs this weekend and chance me back!</p>
