Can I get some help on SATII Chem?

So I'm preparing to take the SATII Chem in October and I need some advice. I have only taken honors chemistry, so I have not been thoroughly instructed on certain concepts. Currently I'm working on self-studying for it with the Princeton Review book and I'm having trouble understanding the acids and bases chapter. Calculating equilibrium constants, finding pH's of different substances, doing titrations, etc. is all very confusing to me. Does anyone have any tips on how to understand these concepts or know of a website that I can go to that explains these concepts well and has practice problems?

Thank you

I think, PR is the best. Get the PR’s Chem SAT Subject test prep guide. That’s a real help.

Princeton Review has everything you need to know and nothing more. However, I’d recommend Barron’s in your case because you say you haven’t learned certain topics thoroughly. It has additional information that won’t show up on the test, but it can provide a good foundation and solidify concepts into your brain. Barron’s is harder than the actual thing, and Princeton Review’s material is on par with the official exam.

Princeton review is not a good idea for chem or math 1. try some other book.

Thank you Mashfeek, I think that is what I’m going to end up doing.

Collegerobert, is there any specific book you recommend instead of PR?
