<p>If I apply to Michigan on a rolling admissions basis, can I still apply to other schools EA and SCEA? If not, would I have to apply RD to U of M?</p>

<p>Yes, you can do whatever you want. Michigan does not restrict what you do for other schools.</p>
<p>Also, SCEA definitely permits you to apply to schools with rolling admissions, as would EA. So you are permitted to apply to Michigan as soon as you wish (from the standpoint of another school to which you might be applying SCEA, as well as from Michigan's standpoint).</p>
