Can i still get in-state tutition???

So currently im a junior and i live in texas with my dad and step-mom and ive lived here since 6th grade and my dream college is Texas A&M University but due to unfortunate circumstances my parents are sending me to my biological mother in washington for my senior year but im worried about having to pay put-of-state tuition, but since my dad still lives here in texas and hes my parent will i still have to pay out of state tuition if i come back and live with him the summer before i start college?

So it looks pretty likely. But your father would have to declare you as his dependent or supply >50% of your support.

Contact the college admissions office and provide them with all of the information on your situation. They are very helpful.
