Can I still get into Berkeley or Cornell? Or not?

So basically I slackened my sophomore year and ended up with a B+ in Honors PreCalc. But everything after that has been pretty much solid, considering I decided work extremely har and not allow that to happen again. I'm just worried it'd jeopardize my chances grade-wise immensely. Here's my transcript.
