Can I still go to a UC or a Cal-State?

I still think you have a chance at either CSU Fullerton or CSU San Bernadino if you will be applying from one of those schools’ service area. You will need to really work hard your Junior year and get your GPA up to between 2.5 and 3.0 and get a combined critcal reading and math score of over 1,000 on the SAT. Math seems to be an area you have particular problems with so work very hard on doing well in both Algebra II and studying for the math section of the SAT. CSUs only care about your GPA, SAT(CR+M) scores and service area in their admissions algorithm so if other activities such as being class president are taking away time you need for studying I would drop them and focus completely on your grades and preparing for the SAT. If you are still determined that getting into a UC is your top priority, the ECs are important and you will have to stick with them but try to minimize the amount of time they take away from studying.
