Hi, I am a HS senior about to graduate. Can I take the GMAT right now since I know the GMAT will be good for 5 years? I am planning to study and everything for it. Just wondering, thanks.
What would the point be? Likely you will have stronger skills for it after a few years of college. Also, MBA programs strongly prefer applicants who have a couple years of work experience, so it could very well expire.
I wouldn’t bother doing that. That test will likely change between now and when you’ll be applying (which will likely be more than 5 years from now if you are going to get that much-needed work experience post-college) and you’ll really need to take the test again.
