Can I test out of these English classes with my ACT score?

I’m currently a junior in high school and I’m looking at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana for a bachelor’s of science in nursing.Taking a look at their curriculum, I’d be taking English 1010, English 1020, and English 2110 my first three semesters.
Last year, I took the ACT and I’l be taking it again on March 1st. My composite score on my first one was a 24 with my score in English being a 28.
Would I be able to test out of any of these English classes with that score?

According to their admission website, an English ACT score of 28-31 means you will be given credit for Engl 1010. To get credit for Engl 1020 you need an ACT English score of 32+.
