Can i transfer to DePaul from out-of-state community college?

Well im in Pennsylvania and will maintain a high GPA at my local community college. There is no interesting clubs however and i never really liked volunteer work at a nursing home. Im working part time. I want to double major in finance/business economics and study abroad in France or Russia. Im learning french at my community college and relearning Russian at home(language attrition, native speaker). Im going to get to know my professors so they can write me letters of recommendations. But thats all i got i mean DePaul has a pretty good acceptance rate, but it still is ranked 40 top business school and its in Chicago which is where i want to live/work in proprietary trading then move onto hedge fund trading. Im a skilled passionate trader.

DePaul is fairly transfer-friendly, however as a business transfer it may be a different case since DePaul’s college of commerce is one of DePaul’s premier colleges (as shown in the businessweek ranking of undergrad business schools). My cousin transferred into DePaul’s college of commerce with a 3.6 GPA from local Oakton community college, however I’m sure you’d be fine with a 3.0+. Good luck!
